First Course

Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Olives, Red Onions, Italian Vinaigrette Dressing.

Second Course (Choose 1)

Grilled Chicken Topped with Goat Cheese

Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Spinach. Wine is served with this course.

Grilled Salmon w/ Tomato Basil Vinaigrette

Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. Wine is served with this course.

Sun-Dried Tomato Rigatoni (Vegetarian)

Sauteed mushrooms and sundried tomatoes tossed with rigatoni in a tomato cream sauce topped with scallions and ricotta salata.

Third Course

Assorted Mini Desserts Of Your Choice

Course served with wine.
